1. How do I know my customer's data is secure?
Ensuring your customer's payment data is secure is very important. Not only to help build your customers trust and confidence in your site but also to reduce the risks to yourselves associated with data loss and fraud. A good online payment solutions provider should be able to prove they are PCI DSS compliant and provide evidence of the security of their systems.
WPM Software is classed as a Level 1 service provider under the standard and, as such, has an annual independent audit carried out to certify this compliance. Clients using WPM services that do not handle the card details themselves are covered by WPM Software's compliance.
2. Do you have a service guarantee?
You need to make sure that if you are providing your customers with the flexibility to pay at any time then you should be able to have a guarantee from your provider that your payment gateway will be available to process your payments.

3. Are there any hidden costs?
Every provider will have their own pricing model based on their product mix, offering and level of support and maintenance. Make sure you are aware of all the costs involved in order to make an informed decision on what is the best package for your business.
WPM Software solutions are provided under an annual licence, which also covers the hosting and maintenance of the system. There are no limitations, or additional costs, based on the amount of users, products, orders or customers processed using the solutions, and there is no additional hardware or software needed to implement the system.
4. Is your solution scalable, can it expand and change with my business?
