HISTORY
WPM was founded in 1996 and specialises in the development of web sites and internet based applications.
In 2001 WPM developed an online card payment solution for the University of Birmingham which enabled students' tuition and accommodation fees to be paid via the Internet.
Following further innovation and development WPM launched further Online Payment services and Online Store which allowed customers to purchase services and products directly from the University or College via the internet.
WPM Education was formed as a division of WPM in 2005 in response to WPM's position as the leading supplier of online payment solutions to the higher and further education sectors.
In 2009 WPM Software was formed in response to the needs within the commercial sector and works with its clients on a regular basis to improve service offerings, and evolve the WPM E-payment suite in line with the individual needs of each sector.
